Qualification:-

1. Consultant - Post Graduation
2. Research Assistant - Graduation in CSE or Economics / Statistics
3. Data Entry Operator - Graduation
4. Administrative Assistant - Graduate
5. Messenger - 10 passed

Experience:-

1. Consultant - 02 years
2. Research Assistant - One Year minimum relevant experience
3. Data Entry Operator - Minimum three to five years experience in Typing in MS Office, Tabulation in Excel, Presentation on Power Point etc. Typing Speed @ 40 WPM 
4. Administrative Assistant - 04 years experience
5. Messenger - 10th passed 01 year experience or 8th passed 02 years relevant experience

Age Limit:- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01.07.2014.

Selection Process:- Written Test or Interview

Pay Scale:-

1. Consultant - Rs. 50,000 / - PM
2. Research Assistant - Rs. 30,000 / - PM
3. Data Entry Operator - Rs. 25,000 / - PM
4. Administrative Assistant -  Rs. 25,000 / - PM
5. Messenger - Rs. 15,000 / - PM
